Terms of Sale

Clothing items may be returned within 10 days in original condition for a Kymotion credit with the exception of custom made to measure designs. Custom or made to measure designs are a final sale.

All art sales are final sales and full ownership of the chosen piece will not be transferred until full payment is received. All reproduction rights to the artwork are retained by the artist, Kym McKay and Kymotion. The buyer understands and agrees to provide access to the original artwork for this purpose upon request. The artist, Kym McKay and Kymotion also retain the right to photograph the original artwork for the purpose of showing others.

The buyer understands and accepts that due to environmental conditions and/or conditions beyond the artist’s control, Kym McKay and Kymotion can not guarantee the longevity of the artwork after delivery.
